A new subdivision is proposing to add 38-lots to the suburb of Legana. A development application for a 38-lot subdivision was lodged with the West Tamar Council for 148 Freshwater Point Road, Legana. It’s proposed the 6.7 hectare subdivision will be take place over two stages, with lots 1-12, 17-25 and 31-38 first. Followed by lots 13-16 and 26-30 in stage two. IN OTHER NEWS: However, the application noted it could be developed in one stage if market demand was there.
