A new subdivision is proposing to add 38-lots to the suburb of Legana. A development application for a 38-lot subdivision was lodged with the West Tamar Council for 148 Freshwater Point Road, Legana. It’s proposed the 6.7 hectare subdivision will be take place over two stages, with lots 1-12, 17-25 and 31-38 first. Followed by lots 13-16 and 26-30 in stage two. IN OTHER NEWS: However, the application noted it could be developed in one stage if market demand was there. The 38 lots vary in size from 572 square metres to 0.7 hectares and will create a new road, three cul de sacs and a stormwater detention basin.
