Northern Regional Prison DA ready for council ‘later this year’ | The Examiner

The Northern prison project remains on track, the state government says. Corrections Minister Elise Archer said due diligence work at the Brushy Rivulet Crown Land Site, about five kilometres from Westbury, was ongoing , and that a new environmental consultant on the project would coordinate the “continued assessment of natural values for the site”. Ms Archer said a request for tender process, whereby a lead designer and sub-consultancy team would be appointed, was expected to begin “later this year”.
