The Launceston Basketball Association is proud to announce our new Referee Manager, Olivia Russell! Olivia brings a strong basketball background, with experience in club administration, coaching and refereeing,
and a strong professional background within health.Olivia is passionate in promoting a positive culture for all officials in the basketball community. She aims to seek quality education to officials, a safe place for officials to speak up and be supported, further develop and enjoy basketball as a referee and make a clear pathway for those at the beginners stage through to seniors to achieve their goals!
